Happy Mother's Day!

What a great first Mother's Day I've had. My little girl and my best man delivered me a wonderful breakfast in bed after letting me sleep in. Ahh, sleep is so good. Here are a few pictures we took of Lillie today. I can't believe she's approaching her 6 month birthday. It reminds me that we have to stop and savor each moment as often as we can.

The weather is finally shaping up in Boston, which makes our daily walks to daycare so enjoyable. Lillie likes to look at the world around her as we make our way through the city. I can't wait to get out her summer dresses and see more of those chubby legs and arms!

Birthday Weekend

Goodbye 20's! I turned 30 this weekend and Molly came up from New York to help me celebrate (but really, she just wanted to hang out with Lillie)! We had a great time meeting up with Annie, Brian, and Heather, and we went to a new restaurant I've been wanting to try for some time now. As always, the time went by too fast and it's always hard to say goodbye. Can't wait for the next time we're all together again!

Zen

Once a month, daycare brings a lovely lady in to do yoga with the kiddies. It really is the cutest thing. Here, Lillie shows us a perfect downward dog position. Keep it up Lillie, all that practice really shows!

Springtime is finally here!

What a weekend we've had! The weather was great both Saturday and Sunday, so we spent most of the day outside. Yesterday we stopped by the playground at the end of the street, it was Lillie's first time seeing a slide. She had a lot of fun.



Today, Charlestown held Touch a Truck day and boy were there some big trucks! We saw firetrucks, cranes, buses and trolleys, but the best was the steamroller. Hope everyone enjoyed the weather as much as we did.

Cheri Lake

What a great week this has been. We drove up to the cabin today to introduce Lillie to Cheri Lake. She's already exited to come back! We head home tomorrow night...time just goes by too fast.
